Monitoring Changes in File

SecureSafe Pro will monitor changes in the file opened in the associated application. If the file is modified, SecureSafe Pro will open the dialog box where you can select what to do. Upload the file and delete it from disk – uploads the modified file, deletes the opened file from the disk and finishes monitoring.

Upload and continue monitoring – uploads the modified file from the disk to the database and continues monitoring changes in the file.

Continue monitoring – continues monitoring the file without uploading it to the database.

When you finish working with the program, SecureSafe Pro will try to delete all files opened during the last session.

Copying a file from the program to a physical volume

This feature is used for copying a file from the program to a disk. To copy a file from the program, click the Save file on disk button () on the Preview Panel or in the File Properties dialog box.

Note: When you save a file to a disk, the program does not monitor changes in it.
