Preview Section

Preview section of Preview Tab shows the Preview of current Printing Job. The Preview is updated in real-time. So, when you change any of the settings, then Preview is updated to show you the effect of your changes. If there are more than one page to be printed then you can easily navigate and see the Preview of each by clicking either "<" or ">" button.
Along with the simple Preview of Printing job, PrintTuner offers number of different features in this Preview Section itself. Just right click inside Preview section, and you will see following Pop-up menu ...

You can Zoom-in / Zoom-out Preview section, Delete Page from Printing Task, Save Preview as File (BMP, JPG, TIFF and EMF), send as attachment with Email or Copy
Preview Menu : Zoom

Current Zooming settings is marked by tick-mark on Zoom options. By default, the Preview is generated in normal mode. However, you can specify the Preview Resize percentage from Zoom Options. Just click on any of the Zoom Percentage number and Preview will be updated.
Delete Page

This is a unique feature of PrintTuner which is not available in normal routine Printing. After sending the Document to Printing, you can choose which pages you want to print and which are to be ignored by Printer while Printing. Delete Page option will make PrintTuner to skip the page while actually performing the Printing job.
Note: PrintTuner does not actually Delete the Page. It just skips the page from Printing Job. So, for example, when you click Delete Page menu item on Page number 32, PrintTuner simply will not print page number 32. However, in your actual document Page Number 32 will remain intact, unchanged and un-touched.
Save as
PrintTuner offers a facility to save current Page as either BMP or JPG or TIFF image or EMF file. For that ..
You need to click on Save as - BMP.

This will present following dialog. Here you are supposed to select the DPI for image. Select any DPI value of your choice from Drop-down menu. Higher the DPI, higher will be the Image Quality and the Image File Size as well!

When you click on OK button, following Save Image As common dialog will be shown. Select the Folder Location where you want to save the Image and select the Image Type from the File Type drop-down box.

Click on Save button. That's it! Preview will be saved as specified File name and Image File Type in selected Folder.

Send As Email
Another unique feature of PrintTuner is the ability to ZIP the Page in Preview and send as an Attachment with Email! All this functionality is available in Preview Section itself!
You need to click on "Send As Email - This Sheet" menu item.

This will present following dialog. Here you are supposed to select the DPI for image. Select any DPI value of your choice from Drop-down menu. Higher the DPI, higher will be the Image Quality and the Image File Size as well!

When you click on OK button, it will show following dialog of Email Options. Here, you can specify the color scheme of Image which will be eventually ZIP. Select any option from drop-down list.

After you click OK button, your default Email client will be opened with the New Message created automatically. You will find that a ZIP file is already attached to this Email Draft!
ClipBoard

You can copy a page as Bitmap (mono/4bpp/8bpp/24bpp) or EMF into the clipboard to be pasted in another application.
Print Text As Black
Save ink by printing text in black. This option is useful when printing web pages.
Skip Graphics
Use this option to skip graphics from being printed on paper. This is a ink saver option useful when you want to print text in a doucment for reference.
