Delete Page in Preview

Objective:

Delete one particular page from available pages in Printing Job.

Scenario:

Let us consider that we have sent a document with 32 pages to PrintTuner from Microsoft Word. While sending the pages to PrintTuner, All Pages Option was selected. Now, we will see how to Delete Page number 14 and Page Number 22 in PrintTuner Preview section.

Steps:

  1. Observe that Page number 1 is showing in Preview Section.
  2. You will find following two buttons at the bottom of Preview area.

  3. Click on ">" button untill you see page number 14 in Preview section.
  4. When you will see Page 14 in Preview Section, click your right mouse button, a pop-up menu will be presented.
  5. Click "Delete Page" menu item. This will delete Page - 14 from current Printing Job. However, it's worth to note that actual Page - 14 in Word Document will remain intact. This action of Deleting page will make PrintTuner to skip this page while actually Printing the Pages.
  6. Similarly, to delete Page - 22, follow step number 4 until you get Page 22 in Preview section and perform the same action as mentioned in step number 5.
