Options
Images
This page of the Options allows you to set image default values.
- Rotate Images for Best Fit
Check this item to rotate images for their best fit when they are inserted into a Power Print document.
- Default Border
Select a border type that will be used as the default border around images and captions by Power Print.
- Automatic Cropping
Select the way that Power Print will automatically crop images:
- Shrink image to fit
Reduces the image size to have the image fit into an available area in a document.
- Automatically crop image to fit
Removes part of the image to have the image fit into an available area.
- Ask user
Power Print will ask you every time how you want to crop an image.
Text and Captions
This page of the Options is where you set the defaults for image captions, the way the text box and the caption text are displayed as Power Print defaults.
- Text Defaults
- Height
Enter the default height in WHAT? of the text.
- Border
Select a border type that will be used as the default border around any text box.
- Caption Defaults
- Caption Text
Select any of the automatic text that you want to have used in all captions. Clicking Advanced opens the Text Editor screen.
- Height
Enter the default height in WHAT? of the caption area.
Calendar Options
This page of the Options is where you set the way the Calendar inserts are displayed.
- Events and Holidays
- National Holidays
Select a country, and your calendars will use the national holidays for that country.
- Custom Events
Enter any custom events to be added to your calendars, for example, birthdays or anniversaries.
- Events can be customized to:
- Recur from hourly to yearly.
- Recur at a specified interval of days or weeks.
- Recur within selected months.
Margins
This page of the Options dialog contains document margin settings.
All measurements are in the current units. Units can be changed in the user interface page.
