Set Frame Delay

To set frame rate:

1. Select animation frame whose delay (duration) you want to change.
2. Open Frame Properties tab.
3. Enter delay (duration) into Delay box. Time must be specified in 1/100 of a second increments (50 = 0.5 sec, 100 = 1 sec and so on).
