Quick Start

• Start InstantGet
• Select Tools/Preferences... in the main menu and, click on the "Site" tab, Select "Default Ftp Settings", type your email address in the "password" field. It will be used as a password during anonymous logins to FTP servers. In most cases it is just a matter of courtesy to provide your real email address to the server, but some servers will not allow you to login if the email address is wrong.
• If you are connecting to the Internet using a dial-up connection, click on the "Dial-Up Networking" tab, Select "Connection" with your dial-up name and input your dial-up settings.
• If you are using a proxy to connect to the Internet, click on the Proxies tab and add all proxies you are planning to use to the Proxy List. Select default proxies for FTP, HTTP.
• OK, it's time to download something.
