Reminder Window

If the Reminder option is switched on for some task in the Actual Planner program and Show window is chosen for visualization, the window, which is shown below, will appear at the reminder moment. If sound was selected, the corresponding sound file will play when this window is displayed.

The reminder window contains all necessary information about the relevant task. (1) shows the task heading. (2) – animated clock for attraction of your attention. (3) – the Details and Note tabs. (4) – the task type (for example, task or event). (5) – switching to the given task in the list of the Actual Planner program. (6) – start date of the given task. (7) – completion date (if available). If you check the box Remind in - (8) and then press the Close - (13) button, the reminder window will be displayed in a preset interval of time. Check the box Off - (9) to turn off the sound. Press the Task complete - (10) button and then the Close - (13) button to mark the task as complete. The Open - (11) button opens the window of the given task and closes the reminder window. Press the Delete - (12) button to remove the given document to the wastebasket.

If special effects are not specified (Task complete, Open or Delete) for the given task and the Close button is pressed, the reminder window will close and will not appear during the current session of the Actual Planner program operation.
