Print

Printing and previewing are important process in your work with Actual Planner. It is possible to print any information displayed in the program one way or another. For instance, you can print the schedule of tasks, events and holidays from the "Today" section or you can print the calendar when you are viewing it in any form (day, week or month). It is possible to print any Actual Planner document. To do it, just select the necessary documents in the list of the corresponding section (contacts, tasks, etc.) and click the "Print" button. Once you open a document (e.g. a blog page) in a separate window, you can print not only the document with additional fields (using the document menu), but also print only the text of a post.

Working with the Print dialog box does not differ from working with this dialog box in any other Windows program. As to the "Preview" dialog box, it is really easy to work with it in Actual Planner. Particularly, you can use "Preview" to view documents before printing them (1), save documents in various formats (txt, rtf or HTML) (2), zoom in or zoom out pages (3).
