Main Window

The main window of Actual Planner provides access to any commands and features of the program. For example, you can use the main window of the program to view events scheduled for the current date (the "Today" section), see the schedule for the business week or month (the "Calendar" section), view the lists of created tasks, contacts, notes, etc., create new ones, delete or move them ("Tasks", "Contacts", etc.).

Several important items can be singled out in the main window of Actual Planner:

1. The main menu of Actual Planner.
2. The navigation bar for navigating through the main sections of the program (you can hide, show or move the bar to another place).
3. Like the navigation bar (2), the folder tree of Actual Planner allows you to switch between the main sections of the program, but you can also move to a separate folder in each section. You can both hide and show the folder tree. Probably, you will find it more convenient to work with the folder tree. In this case, it makes sense to hide the navigation bar and lock the folder tree in the Show Always mode.
4. The search bar is a really convenient way to quickly find the document you need (a contact, a task, etc.). It is enough to switch to the corresponding section in Actual Planner, type the keyword in the search field and press Enter.
5. The status bar shows additional information about the current state of Actual Planner.
6. The toolbar looks different depending on the current section. The toolbar is a way to quickly do what you need (for example, "Show scheduled tasks" or "Create a new task", etc.).
