Change Field Set

To select displayed fields of different documents in the Actual Planner program, press the Display fields button. The window, which is shown below, should appear.

This window contains the list - (1) of all displayable fields of the given document. Displayed fields are checked. For example, in this case, the fields Last name, First name, Middle name, etc. are displayed, while the fields Suffix, Category, etc. are invisible. To show a field, check the box at the field name. To hide a field, uncheck the field name. To approve any changes, press the OK - (2) button. If the Cancel - (3) button is pressed, the changes will not be validated and the window will be closed.
