Red Eye Effect Removal
The peculiarity of the human eye causes the "red eye" effect in the picture. You can easily remove this effect from your picture and return the natural color to the pupil using SnapTouch.
Switch to the ""Red eye removal" mode and select the image you want to edit (the preview window will appear in which you will be able to preview the correction). Select the image area where you want SnapTouch to find the "red eye" effect automatically.
Configure the correction degree using the slider. Move it to get better result. In order to display the area with "red eye" determined by SnapTouch more evidently you can use the "Show mask" feature. The correction area in this case will be bright green which will make the correction more accurate.
You can select several areas with the "red eye" effect on one image. It is recommended to select the area of each eye separately to get a better result. The point is that some parts in the selected area could be erroneously taken for "red eyes". It could be some parts of the face skin.
When you do the multiple selection of the search areas you can switch between them with the mouse cursor, the active area being highlighted along the frame border. You can use the "Backspace" key to delete the active selection area.
When all the eyes are selected and all the correction settings are made click the "Apply" button and the "red eye" effect will be removed!
