Windows and Panels

This section briefly describes some elements of the NetPhotoManager user interface. Some information about how to use these tools appears later in this guide.

The Folder tree windows displays virtual folders of library on local machine or remote server(for network version).

• The Quick classify windows help you class files quick.
• The Editing files window contains information of files that are currently being edited.
• The Description window lets you view and edit description of currently active file or folder.
• The keyword window you can select the keywords for files.
• The real file Description window lets you view and edit real file description of currently active file or folder.
• The real file keyword window you can select the real file keywords for files.
• The Drawing View window displays preview of currently active file.
• The Files List contains subfolders and files of currently active folder.

You can reposition the folder tree, the editing files window, the description window and the drawing view window: drag on their title bar, then move to a new place an drop. You can also hide these windows by click their button. To show these windows, select menu View/Folder, Preview, Description or Editing files.
