Remove Duplicate File
"Duplicated files" means "binary identical files" here.
If there are duplicated files in NetPhotoManager library, NetPhotoManager stores only one copy of the "real" file and creates multiple references to the "real" file. So duplicated files do not occupy obviously more disk space than one file.
To remove duplicated files:
Select folders or files you want to operate, then select Remove duplicated files from the Tools menu; or right click on folders or files you want to operate, then select Remove duplicated files from context menu.
The Remove duplicated files dialog appears and starts checking duplicated files as following figure:

After NetPhotoManager finish checking, if there is no duplicated file found, a message box appears:

If there are duplicated files found, the Remove duplicated files dialog looks like following figure:

Duplicated files are displayed as groups. Select the duplicated files you want to remove, then click Delete selected files button. |
