Manage Real File Keywords

This tutorial explains the different between keywords and real file Keywords.

There is something different between keywords and real file Keywords. For example: In the folder of "bb", the keyword of "Pic001.jpg" is "Tom" and "2006". In the folder of "1", the keyword of "Pic001.jpg" is "Lara" and "2007". So, in the different folders, the keywords of the same picture can be different.

But, the same file is corresponding to the same real file keywords for all kinds of files.

Manage Real File Keywords

Open the real file keywords window:

Select menu "view", Click "Real file keywords":

Open

If you want to add real file keywords for the file or files, click the file or files and select the real file keywords in the real file keywords window:
