Manage Keywords

In NetPhotoManager, Users could input any introductions for the files or folders, sometimes only the keywords are needed, which are predefined by the users, and from which the users could choose to input the introductions.

In NetPhotoManager, Users could use keyword-managing, add and group the keywords.Inputting some introductions for the files or folders, you can select keywords predefined. Keywords-managing option could unify the keywords, and you can search the files accroding to the keywords.

Add keyword:

Select menu "Server/Manage keyword", as following figure:

Appear keyword-managing window, as following figure:

Here, you can select "Delet Group" "New group" "Modify group" or "Modify keyword", in the Modify-keyword window, you can select "Add" "Delete" or "Modify":
