Mirror Page

Type in or select the local folder using the browse folder icon. If you want to include all subfolders, make sure this option is checked off. If you want to have a mirror copy of server on your local machine, check off the Server to Client box. For publishing files, check off the Client to Server box to have a mirror copy of the local files on the server.

To update files, check off the Replace files that older than mirrored files box. If you want to confirm overwrite, check off the Prompt before overwrite box. New files and folders can be included in or excluded from the transfer with the Add new files or folders box checked off or not.

If you want to have the mirroring site identical to the mirrored site, check off the Remove files that no longer exist option in the mirrored site. If you want to confirm delete, check off the Prompt before remove option.

If you want to filter the transfer as defined in the Account Profile, check off the Use Account Filters box.

Mirroring a site can be done in the background by checking off the Schedule to run in background. Otherwise it starts mirror transfer right away.

If you want to send a notification after a scheduled transfer is done, check off the Send E-mail notification box. This option is only available to scheduled transfers.

Schedule Page

On the Schedule Page, you can set the date and time, and frequency of transfers. You may also set an ending date to unconditionally stop the transfers. Once you have scheduled it, your scheduled transfer is ready for operation.

Check off the Schedule to run in system session option if you want to schedule the transfer without having to first logon to Windows.

Notification Page

Successful Transfer Notification: You can setup automatic E-mail notification for successfully completed, scheduled file transfers. You can enter the Sender, Recipients, and other information in the same way as composing an E-mail. The source (%Source%) and target (%Target%) information of your file transfer will be automatically filled in for you.

Failed Transfer Notification: You can setup automatic E-mail notification when scheduled file transfers failed to be completed. You can enter the Sender, Recipients, and other information in the same way as composing an E-mail. The source (%Source%) and target (%Target%) information of your file transfer will be automatically filled in for you.

Monitor Mirror Transfer

Queue transfer initializes its own connection (if connection is available). You can review the Transfer Session Panel in the Work Window to see the progress of the transfer. You can also review the Transfer Log in the Work Window for transfer information.

Mirror transfer initializes its own connection (if connection is available). Each file or folder transfer is listed in the FTP Queue with start and finish time stamps. There are transfer status and error code, if any, for each file transfer.

If Mirroring requires deleting files, you can see them listed in the Transfer Session or in the Transfer Log. It will not be listed in the FTP Queue. Therefore, no delete operation will be carried out for any resume mirroring.

You can review Transfer Session in the Work window to see progress of transfers. You can also review Transfer Log in the Work window for more detailed transfer information.

Resume Mirror Transfer

You can resume transfer from a partially transferred file depending upon the server and transfer stage you are in. Click a mirror Queue item Transfer or Transfer in the FTP Queue panel of Work window, use the Transfer > Resume menu to complete the unfinished transfer. However, no delete operation will be carried out in resumed transfer.

Repeat Mirroring

Uncheck the Remove queue items when transfer completes successfully option in the Tools > Default Options menu, on the Interface page. All Queue items will be saved until you manually delete them. ConcordFTP redoes all scanning of local and FTP folder.
