Modify Entry

All the entry fields with the exception of the item name can be changed within the database table or by using the change panel. To change an entry within the table, double click on the entry field using your left mouse button. NOTE: The line total will be calculated automatically based on the price and quantity and cannot be edited within the table or in the Change Panel.

To change an item's name or to use the change panel to modify an entry double click on the item name field with your left mouse button.

After modifying the desired entry fields click on the button to commit the changes.

If you are changing multiple entries with similar fields click on the button to reuse data from previous modifications. The Revert function will store up to 255 previous entries.

To cancel a change operation click on the button.

To close the Change Panel click on the button.
