Manage Email
The "Manage Email" tab presents three lists:
- Client List - Use this list to select a particular client for the purpose of either viewing the client's information or to send an email.
- Due Soon List - Clients in this list have one or more emails that are due to be sent within the next two business days.
- Overdue List - Clients in this list have one or more emails that are past due.
When a client is selected from the Client List, the following information is presented:
- Company Name
- Email Address
- Meeting Date
- The dates of the emails associated with the sales meeting. They are color coded as follows:
- Dates presented with a gray background are emails yet to be sent but are further than two business days from the scheduled time of sending.
- Dates presented with a yellow background are emails due to be transmitted within the next two business days.
- Dates presented with a red background are emails whose transmission is past due and have yet to be sent.
- Dates presented with a green background are emails that have been transmitted.
To transmit an email, do the following:
- Select the client for whom an email is to be transmitted.
- Click the "Send Email" button.
- Select the template to be transmitted (Previously transmitted templates will not be presented).
- Click the "Send" button.
- An Outlook Send dialog will be opened.
- Edit as desired.
- Click the "Send" button.
- Open Outlook and transmit the email.
