This program was developed to manage emails sent to contacts in conjunction with scheduled sales or contact meetings. Up to five template letters can be managed, one of them to be sent prior to meetings. The other four to be sent following the meetings. The time intervals for the four followup letters are adjustable.

To prepare the system for use, do the following:

  • Go to the "Configure" tab.
    • Enter the four "day" settings for scheduling the emails.
    • Edit all five letter templates to your satisfactions.
  • Go to the "Contacts" tab.
    • Enter client name, email and company.
    • Select the date for the meeting. Holidays and weekends will be flagged.
    • Click "Add to Contact List".
    • Enter a carbon copy email address if desired. This is global and will be used for all future emails.
    • Enter the desired greeting. This, too, is global.
