Configuration

Two major functions are available under this tab:

• Setting the days at which the letters are to be sent.
• Editing the template letters.

Four letters may be sent after the meeting or contact. The days after the contact may be directly entered into each of the fields. Each entry is interpreted as the number of days following the meeting, not the days between letters.

Restrictions follow:

• Each entry must be an integer. That is a whole number of days and cannot include decimal points, commas, signs or anything other than numbers.
• Each number entered must be larger than the entry for the previous letters.

When finished making entries, click the "Record" button.

The letter templates may also be edited from this window. To edit a template, select one of the templates and click "Edit". You default text editor will open with the template displayed. Enter whatever you like for the body. Do not include a greeting or closing and then save the file. It is safest not to use "Save as..." because this allows you to change the file name and location--neither is to be changed.
