Project Functions

After selecting Projects, The Project Information Entry window appears.

This screen is used to enter the general information of the Project.

• Project ID: To create a new Project, give a new Project ID. The Project ID should be unique.
• Project Name: Give a description about the Project.
• Date: Give the current date.
• Customer ID: We can select the customer from the list. To enter a new customer, click the ‘…’ button. The customer Information window will appear. Enter new Customer ID, Contact Name, Address, etc there.
• Project Type ID: Select Residential or Commercial from the list.
• Electrification %: Enter the % of amount to be added for Electrification Works.
• Plumbing %: Enter the % of amount to be added for Sanitary Works.
• Round to Figure: Enter the figure to which the total amount is rounded. (E.g. 10,000)
• Press Enter or press ‘Save’ button when all the information is correct.
