Master Functions
This section covers in detail all functions available under the Estimator Masters menu. All these functions are used to add and edit the relevant information.

Adding Records
To add a new record, just enter a new code in the ID field and press the tab key. All the input boxes are cleared and we can enter data there. Use tab key for forward and shift tab for backward navigation. Press Enter or Save button when all the information is correct. Click ‘Exit’ to exit from the screen.
Editing Records
To edit a record, select the ID from the list. If the ID is numeric, select the Name from the second list and press the tab key. The data is fetched in the relevant boxes. We can edit the data and press Enter or Save to apply the modifications.
Available functions
- Customers: This is used to store Customer/Client Info.
- Project Types: This is used to store Project Types Info. E.g.: Residential, Commercial, Institutional, etc.
- Floors: This is used to store Floors Info like description, increase in rate, etc.
- Work Types: This is used to store Work Types Info. Works are classified into types or categories.
- Works: This is used to store Works Info like description, rates, units, measurements, etc. When adding new works, give work id in the specified range so that the measurements will be loaded automatically.
- Concretes: This is used to store Concretes Info.
- Openings: This is used to store Openings Info. like size of opening, frame, etc.
- Floor Finishing: This is used to store Floor Finishing Info.
- Frames: This is used to store Frames Info.
- Shutters: This is used to store Shutters Info. The multiplication factor for painting is specified here.
- Materials: This is used to store Materials Info like rate, weight, etc.
- Labours: This is used to store Labour Info like wages, etc.
- Rate Analysis: This is used to store material and labour coefficients for works.

- Work Materials: This is used to store material coefficients for works.
- Work Labours: This is used to store labour coefficients for works.
