Admin Functions

• User Management: You can add or remove users using this function. You can also set permissions to limit the user from accessing Master and Admin menus, thereby enhancing security.
• Export Project: To export a single project for transferring to another machine etc.
• Open File: To open data file from another system or from a backup.
• Compact Data: Compacting database frequently, we can maintain better performance of the database.
• Backup Data: Back database frequently in order to protect the data from accidents or mishaps.
• Options: User specified settings for report formats.
• Payments: Screen for entering payments for contractors and suppliers.
