From the Welcome page click on the Restore link/icon.

If the backup task is still in My Tasks list:

From the list of current tasks choose the backup task you want to refer to. You will be able to see what was the last run time. If the task is a stack backup you can select which versions of the stacked copies you want to restore.

If the backup task exists in a different location (CD/DVD, other media support):

Choose Select from previous backup option. Click Browse button to locate the previous backup.

Click Restore button if you what to restore the files to original location or click Restore To button to choose a custom location where to restore the files.
