Write Options
Confirm before writing tags: Quiz the user for confirmation before writing MusicBrainz data to tags.
Store MusicBrainz IDs in tags: When checked, the following pieces of information (if returned) are stored in separate User Text frames when tags are written after the query: Artist ID, Album ID, Track ID, and Album Type. Supported only in tags that support multiple User Text frames (ID3v2, M4A, and MP4 files).
Store Amazon ASIN in tags: Place the Amazon.com product URL for the file's album of origin in a Commercial Information URL frame, if this information is returned by a MusicBrainz query. If desired, the Editor can be configured to display these URLs in the Editor's URL column (see Help section URL Editor), allowing one-click access to the location on Amazon where the file's album is sold, and where additional information and cover shots can often be obtained. Supported only in tags that support multiple Commercial URL frames (ID3v2, M4A, and MP4 files).
Download and install album art: When an Amazon ASIN is returned by a MusicBrainz query (see above), visit the URL and look for a link to an album cover shot. If found, download and install the image in the file's tag. Option is ignored if the ASIN is already present in a Commercial URL frame in the file's tag, implying that the image has already been downloaded (to override, remove the ASIN).
Download and install lyrics: Search online for song lyrics, and download and install in tag when found. |
