URLs in ID3v2 tags
For MP3s, the ID3v2 Technical Specification allows for multiple user-defined URLs to exist in a single tag. The only restriction is that no two URL fields may have exactly the same Description. A single URL may be entered directly into a tag's URL cell in the Main Editor. An empty URL cell (or one that contains non-URL data) can be left-clicked just like any other text cell to select its contents. A cell with a valid URL inside, however, appears blue and underlined, and when clicked will send the URL to your web browser for execution. To select the contents of a cell containing a "hot link," right-click it first to deactivate the link, then left-click to select contents. To add additional URLs, or to edit the optional Description field, click the "ellipse button" that appears to the right in a URL cell when selected (subeditors can also be set to execute by double-clicking a cell - see topic Preferences):

This brings up the tag's URL contents in a stand-alone editor:

Click the More URLs button to access other URLs within the tag:

Click the push-button on the bottom panel to turn web links active in the editor. Active links become blue and underlined, and a "pointing hand" cursor appears when the mouse is placed over one. Clicking on an active link sends the address to your web browser for execution. Right-clicking it temporarily deactivates it to allow editing.
Check the box to the left of a URL type to have that type displayed in the Editor's URL column by default.
Multiple URLs
Tags that contain multiple URLs, or a URL that's hidden from view, are flagged by a small red triangle appearing in the upper right corner of the URL data cell . Hold the mouse pointer over a cell with this indicator and a hint-like box appears reporting the number of URLs present in the tag. For URLs that support multiple instances, use this Editor's "Add" button to insert an additional URL into a tag, or the "Delete" button to remove the one currently shown and selected.
In the Main Editor, a Delete operation via the Single-Tag Popup Menu (or the Delete key) operates only on the first instance of the displayed URL type, if multiple instances are present. Removing a URL from a tag that has more than one instance of a type results in the second one taking its place in the Editor's cell. To remove all instances at one time, use a Cut operation without doing a subsequent Paste, or use the Delete function on the Multi-Tag Popup Menu, or choose the "Remove All URLs" option on the URL Editor's main menu.
