Picture Frame Editor
Click the "Editor" button on either the main Picture Viewer or the Thumbnail Browser to execute the Picture Frame Editor, or access it via popup menu by right-clicking any "Pic" column cell. With this editor you can get a detailed, editable overview of a tag's image content, add multiple images at one time, or rearrange images within a tag.

Generate captions automatically from file names as files are added to the list.
Browse to files you want to add by using the file Browser in the upper section. To add a single picture, double-click its file name, or click the Add button after highlighting it. Add multiple files by highlighting multiple files, then click the Add button. Note that for ID3v2 tags, each picture is required to have a unique Caption, and each Caption may contain a maximum of only 64 characters. These restrictions do not apply to other tag types that support picture-in-tag. The Location column in the picture list contains the word "tag" if a listed picture is already in the tag, while it will contain the location of the image file on your hard drive if it has not yet been added to the tag. A tag is not actually updated with any changes made to the list until the OK, Up, or Down button is depressed.
To view a listed picture with the program's internal viewer, double-click a row or cell in the Picture List (lower section), or click the "Preview" button when a Picture List cell is selected. Similarly, images on your hard drive can be viewed by highlighting a supported picture file in the Browser's file window and clicking "Preview." To open a picture in your associated graphics program, select an editable Picture List cell or a file in the Browser and click the "Open" button.
Note that requests to install WMA images in a specific order may not always be honored, depending upon the size of the images and the revision history of the particular tag. All changes to WMA tags must be made via request to Microsoft-supplied supporting software, which occasionally will decide on its own in what order to store images. |
