Vaccination and Protection

Not only does SpyNoMore remove existing spyware, it also has the ability to protect your system from becoming infected in the future. To enable protection press the "Active Protection" button. You will see the following dialog box:

Vaccination

Vaccination feature protects your computer from all known malware threats. Press the "Status" button to check what your current protection status is, and to see what additional protection can be applied. You will see the dialog box like this:

• Press "Vaccinate" button to apply all available protection.
• Pressing the "Undo" button will remove any applied vaccination. Please note that your computer system become prone to attacks if you make this choice.

Host Blocking

Allows you to block access to spyware-spawning websites. You will see the dialog box similar to the following:

• Press "Block Malware Sites" to block access to known malware sites.
• Pressing the "Undo" button will remove any applied protection and unblock access to malware sites. Please note that your computer system become prone to attacks if you make this choice.
• Set "Protect Browser Settings" checkbox to protect your Internet Explorer browser against inbound threats. SpyNoMore uses Browser Helper Object technology to implement such protection mechanism.
• Set "Process Protection" checkbox to protect you computer from malicious processes that may be loaded into the memory. Running tasks will be periodically checked and suspicious processes will be terminated.
• Set "Registry Protection" to protect your Windows registry file against changes by malicious software. All changes in the registry file will be actively monitored. You will be asked for confirmation if some changes are eminent.
