Scanning and Removing

Press the "Start Scan" button then select Scan Mode (Smart Scan or Full System Scan). In most cases, Smart Scan will be sufficient to remove any existing infection. If not, re-run the scan in Full System mode. Detected malware will be displayed in the right pane. Place your mouse (don't click) over any detected item to see a full description.

In the right pane, the first column shows the name of the detected malware. The second column shows the type of malware. The third column shows the location of the detected malware. A description (if available) of each detected malware can be seen by placing your mouse pointer on top of the detected item (do not click, simply hover over the detected item to see the respective description). All entries are checked by default and SpyNoMore will remove all checked items once you click on "Remove Spyware". You can uncheck any item you choose, but be aware that SpyNoMore will not remove the unchecked items.

It is recommended that you repeat the scan just to be sure that all detected items have been successfully removed. If for some reason an item is persistent (some spyware continually change their settings in order to elude removal), click on "Custom Fix" to submit a report to our servers. Our technical staff will personally review your report and issue you a customized fix to correct the situation.
