Custom Fix

SpyNoMore's Custom Fix (patent pending) is a unique feature that is not available with any other anti-spyware program. Described briefly, it allows you to upload a report from your PC to our servers for manual review by our technical support staff who will analyze your report and issue you back a customized 'Fix' that specifically addresses your issue. It basically puts our technical support staff's resources to work for you at no extra charge! Custom Fix should be used as a last resort to tackle any stubborn infection that is not being corrected by the software. SpyNoMore will check our servers for the Fix every 24 hours. When the Fix is ready, it will notify you and give you the option to download it. You can also manually check to see if the Fix is available.

Note that the report will only upload system setting information and will NOT include any personally identifying information.
