When you first install STOPzilla, the software performs a thorough scan of your system and provides detailed information about all detected infections. You can set STOPzilla to perform scans automatically, at a time that is convenient for you. Or, you can launch a scan manually at any time. STOPzilla's scanner even allows you to specify the type of scan you wish to perform. For details about scanning, please see: Scanning Your System.

STOPzilla detects and blocks Spyware, renders it harmless, and then quarantines it in a secure location on your computer. STOPzilla subscribers can opt to remove (delete) these files from their systems at a convenient time. The REMOVE feature is not enabled on the trial version of the product, although trial users' computers are protected from the effects of Spyware for the duration of the trial.
