Scan Results
The results of your scan will indicate the actions taken with each potential infection detected by STOPzilla. Infections detected may be removed, allowed, or left in quarantine. You can click on the Scanner tab or the Detected, Removed and Allowed sub-tabs within the illustration below to view the contents of that tab or sub-tab.

Detected Infections
This tab displays all infections that STOPzilla has found, with the following information:
- Infection Name: The identifying name of this malicious application
- Type: The category of malicious application. For example: virus, Adware, Trojan, Spyware, etc.
- Element: The nature of the malicious program. For example: File, Registry entry, etc.
- Location: The path to the area in your system where this malicious program was found. For example: c:\program files\hotbar

To remove or allow infections individually, click this box to clear the check mark, then select (check) infections in the grid one by one and click ALLOW or REMOVE.
- ALLOW: This command button enables you to permit certain programs that STOPzilla has identified as "potentially unwanted software." To allow these programs, select individual programs in the grid or select all and click ALLOW.

Removed Infections
This tab displays all infections that STOPzilla has removed.
In order to remove infections, you must register STOPzilla. Trial users can quarantine infections, which will render them harmless, but cannot remove these files.

- Select All: This check box is selected (checked) by default. When you click the RESTORE command button, it restores all infections previously removed. To restore infections individually, click this box to clear the check mark, then select (check) infections in the grid one-by-one and click RESTORE.
- Once removed, programs are restorable for up to and including thirty days. After that time, they cannot be restored; they are considered "permanently removed."
- RESTORE: This command button enables you to restore certain programs that you have removed within the past thirty days. To allow these programs, select individual removed programs in the grid or select all and click RESTORE.
Allowed Infections

This tab displays all infections that STOPzilla has detected, but you have opted to allow.
- Select All: This check box is selected (checked) by default. When you click the UNDO or REMOVE command button, it undoes the action or removes all infections previously allowed. To undo allowed infections or remove infections individually, clear the Select All box, select (check) infections in the grid one-by-one, and then click UNDO or REMOVE.
