Reporting Safe and Unsafe Sites
STOPzilla's SITEguard™ technology detects both known and potential malicious Web sites, including Phishing sites. If you think that you have found an UNSAFE site incorrectly determined to be a SAFE site, you can send a report to STOPzilla Research. There, engineers will study the site and add it to the Public Black List if it is in fact an UNSAFE site. Or, they will keep it on the Public White List if further study confirms that it is not an UNSAFE site. This feature is designed to empower each STOPzilla user to make surfing safer for all STOPzilla users.
When you navigate to a site determined to be SAFE, but you believe that this site is really UNSAFE, you can add the site to your Personal Black List, which will then block it in the future. You can also submit an e-mail report to STOPzilla Research from this dialog. Likewise, you can report a site determined to be UNSAFE that you believe is really SAFE.
