Event Log
The Event Log is a read-only list of all actions performed by STOPzilla, including dates and times. The Event Log is useful for diagnostic purposes or for those users who want to get "under the hood" and see what STOPzilla is doing. It can also be a valuable troubleshooting tool for the STOPzilla Research team in the event of a problem.
To view the Event Log:
- From the navigation bar, select Tools.
- In the Summary window, click View Event Log. The system displays the Event Log, which provides the following data:
- Date -Time: The date and exact time on which an action took place.
- Message: A description of the action STOPzilla took.
- Click Clear to delete all entries on the Event Log. Or, click Save... to save this list as a .txt file to a specified location, if desired. Click Clear to delete the data from the list. Click Close to close the Event Log.
