Scan for Spyware

ImVajra Spyware Remover scans files and critical areas of your computer looking for spyware. These in-depth scans search your hard drivers, running processes, Windows registry, and Internet cookies. ImVajra Spyware Remover provides options for removing known and potential spyware spywares.

If it’s the first time for you to run ImVajra Spyware Remover or if your system is severely infected with spyware, it is good for you to use the Full Scan mode. Otherwise, run a Quick or Custom scan.

To scan for spyware

1. Click the Scan button on the toolbar. The Main Scan page opens.
2. Select scan method. There are three methods:
   a. Full system Scan
   If you want to perform an in-depth scan that checks the memory, registry, system drive, check the Full system Scan option.
   This type of scan is slower than a quick scan but it scans for every file that is listed in our database.
   b. Fast System Scan
   If you want to perform a scan that only checks the memory, registry, windows system folder, check the Fast System Scan option.
   c. Custom Scan
   If you only want to scan specific areas of your computer, check the Custom Scan option and then select specific parts of your computer to scan in the folder tree.
3. Click the Scan button. The Spy Scanning page opens and ImVajra Spyware Remover starts scanning your computer. Click the Pause button to pause the scan. And click the Abort button to cancel the scan. After the scan is complete, the Scan Result page opens.
4. On the Scan Result page, choose a spyware from the left list, its detailed information will be listed in the right panel.
5. According to the scan result and the detailed information, take action against each spyware. Choose a spyware from the list, set an action from the Action drop down list, and then click the Apply button. The Spy Clearing window opens. ImVajra Spyware Remover starts taking the action against the selected spyware.
6. And you can also set the action for every spyware in the list, and then click the Apply All button at the bottom to take actions against all the spyware at the same time.
7. When all the actions complete, the Spy Clear Result page will open. The Spy Clear Result page lists the result of all the last completed actions, and the details of every spyware.
8. To save the report, click the Save Report button, and then specify a storage location for the report in the Save as window that opens.
9. Click the Rescan button to return to the main scan page and start a new scan.
10. To restore certain spyware back to the status before the scan, select the spyware in the result list, and then click the Restore button.
